RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase.
Returned items must be in new and unused condition.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@arjwinabacus.com obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After number, place the item securely in sealed packaging, and mention the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days after receipt of the item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
TEACHER TRAINING CLASSES ONCE THE BOOK IS DISPATCHED.
